I really like the topic of the photo challenge for this week, awakening, because it leaves a lot of room for free interpretation. Of course, the obvious response would be to go out and photograph the buds and new leaves that are appearing on the trees, or perhaps some wildlife, and I might just do that later in the week. Today though, I’d like to take the topic more liberally and address my ‘awakening’ to the magic that is photography under dawn’s first rays of light. It has been only a few weeks since our trip to Locarno and my awakening there, and I have to admit getting up early can be very difficult during the week, but it is turning into something that I really enjoy. Ich mag das Thema ‘awakening’ (Erwachen) für die Fotografie Herausforderung dieser Woche sehr, weil es offen für viele verschiedene Interpretationen ist. Selbstverständlich wäre es möglich die neuen Knospen und Blätter an den Bäumen oder vielleicht wilde Tiere zu fotografieren und es kann sein, dass ich genau das später in der Woche mache. Heute aber, gehe ich in eine andere Richtung und würde gerne über mein ‘Erwachen’ zur Fotografie unter dem goldenen Licht des Sonnenaufgangs posten. Es ist nur ein paar Wochen her, seit unserer Reise nach Locarno und mein Erwachen als Sonnenaufgangsfotograf, und ich muss zugeben, dass das Frühaufstehen unter der Woche ganz schwierig sein kann, aber es ist für mich zu einem Genuss geworden. Ich hoffe, dass ihr diesen Eintrag zur Fotografie Herausforderung gefällt. Danke für den Besuch!
